Cooliris, previously known as PicLens, is an add-on available on several internet browsers that provides an amazing interface through which to explore multimedia content on the internet.

The Firefox version includes a 3D video and image explorer that's compatible with a large number of websites, among which you can find: Google, Yahoo, AOL, Live, Ask, Picasa, Flickr, devianART, Photobucket, FaceBook, MySpace, Hi5 and Youtube. Yes, you can also view YouTube videos using this great interface.

The application's browser is located on the top right corner of the program. Select the media you wish to search through and then add the search words.

Cooliris also lets you automatically view the images in a presentation; the lower part displays miniatures of all the images it contains.
